Ronnie Wood to Get First American Art Exhibition

Ronnie Wood fans know that when he’s not playing guitar with The Rolling Stones, or in rehab, he’s often painting. On September 21st, Woody will get his first major exhibition at an American museum. The guitarist will unveil more than 60 original paintings, prints and drawings at the Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown, Ohio. The exhibition will run for exactly two months, ending on November 21st.

Dr. Louis Zona, executive director of the Butler Institute, tells the New York Times, “[Wood] has done a number of cartoons, spoofs on English culture...just wonderful things. He’s very, very talented.”
